Realistic or Unrealistic
There are quite a few unorthodox treatments on Mental. What about the show (characters, the hospital, treatments, anything you can think of!) is realistic? What is unrealistic?

| Creating a mock C-section for a woman who was not pregnant as treatment for her delusional husband, and since he was also her doctor, asking him to do the surgery |  | Doesn't it seem a little dangerous to let a mental health patient in the OR, and hand them a scalpel and encourage them to start cutting? i think that the show shouldn't be too realistic.I like the way they deal with the patients and come up with new treatments.
